Tempura-Battered Soft-Shell Crab

Sometimes, the dishes that come out of the Michael’s kitchens are so inventive and delicious that even we are surprised by our own chefs. This amazing tempura-battered soft-shell crab is one such example. The crab is so flavorful, delicately crispy, tender, and perfectly cooked, we had to order seconds for our large table—even though we were sharing and tasting most of the menu.
The large, beautiful crabs are accompanied by pea tendrils, tomato relish and cilantro-wasabi aioli. One taste and you, too, will probably order seconds!
