Burrata and Heirloom Tomatoes

Pure perfection of pairing.

It’s that time of year again—time for our favorite pairing, fresh Murray’s Cheese Shop burrata (creamy fresh mozzarella) and farmers’ market heirloom tomatoes. We dress the combination with the finest Italian extra-virgin olive oil and 25-year-old aged balsamic vinegar to make this dish like none you’ve tasted before. Our chefs gently garnish the sweet tomatoes and creamy cheese with fresh chives and a delicate julienne of basil leaves.

There's nothing like high-quality olive oil and aged balsamic vinegar to highlight a smooth pillow of fresh burrata.
