We love working with all of the incredibly passionate purveyors who provide the absolutely best ingredients possible to our kitchens—and to you, our guests. Our oyster guy is no exception.

Chris Quartuccio owns and operates Blue Island Shellfish out of Blue Point in Long Island, NY. He runs an incredible undersea farm that grows East and West Coast oysters in accordance with the seasons. We can always count on Chris for the beautiful seasonal shellfish that our guests adore.

Come on in and enjoy fresh oysters along with, of course, a icy glass of Sancerre 2009. You’ll see, and taste, why we love them so much.
