Perfect little leaves of thyme.

Savory, satisfying, bright and delicious: Oh, how we love thee, thyme!

These tiny, greenish leaves on dainty sprigs release a pungent. almost lemony aroma and taste. They are fabulous with grilled meats and poultry.

We enjoy using fresh thyme when we grill at home, whether cooking individual lamb chops or chicken breasts. And thyme is great for seasoning a vegetable sauté, too. And to nail it, after grilling a prime 28 day dry aged rib eye rare, drizzle with a high quality olive oil and copius amounts of fresh thyme leaves(no doubt you can find someone amongst your dinner guests or kids who would love to be on  the famous “thyme detail”!).
