Zuckerman Farm’s Asparagus is Back!

Savor the colors and flavors of springtime!

This dish is such a perfect expression of the season!

The beautiful, vibrant green of the jumbo asparagus sourced from Zuckerman Farm’s at the Santa Monica Farmer’s market and fresh white of the tenderly poached egg is the picture of spring! Chef Mikey Stern and the Santa Monica team carefully peel and gently steam the asparagus spears. A beautiful sauté of morel mushrooms, English peas, and fava beans is gently spilled over the egg and asparagus, intermingling with a green garlic emulsion to create a delicious sauce. Toasted filberts are the final garnish.

      these are from zuckerman farms sourced at the santa monica farmer’s market for michael’s santa monica, at michael’s new york we have the giant dutch white asparagus with a simalar set, absolutely fab, chow, michael
