New Art Show at Michael’s Santa Monica: Yellow!

March 26, 2010

Kim McCarty is our in-house curator. She orchestrates four shows a year in the upstairs gallery space of our Santa Monica restaurant, usually drawing from our local artist community.

Kim just oversaw the installation and toasted the opening of our new yellow-inspired show with a fabulous cocktail party (think the usual Prosecco and party meats, plus much more). She invites you to come on down to the restaurant, head upstairs, and check it out. The show is full of mixed-media art, incorporating everything from corn husks to cheesecloth, all featuring the color yellow.

The weather is so beautiful in Santa Monica right now. So come dine on the patio, have a couple of our delectable cocktails (blood orange mimosa, anyone?), and then cruise upstairs to enjoy the art. The show will be up until the middle of June and is available for viewing during restaurant hours.
