Goodbye Winter, Hello Spring

Winter surrounded the back dining room of Michael's New York.

Spring is here. We can feel it in the air and see it in the plates that Kyung and Mikey are turning out in New York and Santa Monica, respectively. The farmers’ markets are overflowing with gorgeous produce. Chives, spring onions, plump chanterelles and morels, peas, fava beans, and asparagus—oh my!  To celebrate tomorrow being the first official day of spring, we are saying goodbye to the cold season with these beautiful pictures of the snowy winter in NY.
