We were lucky enough to attend and participate in an amazing event thrown by Careers Through Culinary Arts Program (C-CAP) founded by former Cordon Bleu ambassador, Richard Grausman. This fabulous organization works with public school across the nation to give kids exposure and opportunity in the world of culinary arts. Money raised through C-CAP directly benefits the students; they receive training that they wouldn’t have otherwise. We love this organization and totally believe in their mission, so it was a real treat to head over to New York’s Pier 60 on February 24th for a benefit honoring popular chef Marcus Samuelsson.

In this stunning location, we set up our station and served braised veal cheeks with Bordelaise sauce and julienned daikon while we enjoyed mingling with other guests.

Our sleek contemporary presentation of a fabulously indulgent offering.
