With all the deliciously rich, hearty, and indulgent winter food we’ve been making, serving, and eating ourselves at Michael’s New York, we have begun to crave salads. Fresh greens, palette-refreshing and waistline-friendly, make perfect accompaniments to robust main courses. Kyung Up Lim has been busy combining the season’s best produce to form harmonious balances of colors, flavors, and textures, proving that salads can be a year-round pleasure.
