Burrata and Fig Toast

Warm and melty burrata…

This is one of those can’t-fail flavor combinations we are obsessed with right now. Fresh, locally made burrata (cream-filled mozzarella) is melted over toasted, freshly baked sourdough. We add fresh California figs and our delightful, imported prosciutto and we’ve covered our three favorite flavor bases: salty, sweet, and creamy. We garnish with extra-virgin olive oil and aged balsamic and a few delicate, peppery arugula leaves.
