We love Diane Carrasquillo, our pastry chef at Michael’s New York! She is inventive, her technique is perfect, and her creations are simply heavenly. We went a floor below the NYC kitchen into her domain and sniffed around. Check out these pics, a glimpse into her creative process, and then come in to sample her autumn offerings—which include cpple clafouti with brown sugar ice cream and coquito flan de queso with mango sorbet!
