There’s nothing more fascinating than an invitation into the kitchen, to see how it all goes down. The kitchen at Michael’s New York, headed by executive chef Kyung Up Lim, runs like a well-oiled machine Everybody runs their stations, executing dish after dish perfectly. This visit highlighted the chefs as they prepared for lunch service. It’s a treat to watch them develop the flavors that will soon blossom into beautiful plates.
