Sashimi Time!

October 9, 2012

It’s practically glowing!

Sashimi is a flavorful, bright, and beautiful way to start any meal at Michael’s. (Okay…maybe not breakfast). The presentation and colors on our sashimi appetizer at Michael’s New York are so vivid, you’ll be enjoying this dish with your eyes well before your first bite. We use buttery and rich hamachi, thinly sliced and garnished with quickly pickled jalapeño, bell peppers, salmon roe, and the most divine sweet-tart yuzu vinaigrette.  Wasabi-flavored microgreens and herb oil provide the finishing touches.
