Sweet, spicy refreshing melon flavor!

Ogen melons from Weiser Family Farms in Tehachapi, California, star in this divine granita that seems to capture the sunshine of Indian summer. Refreshing, light, and sweet, it provides a perfect palate-cleansing finish to any meal, especially those enjoyed in our beautiful garden patio at Michael’s Santa Monica.  The granita is icy in texture and temperature, while bursting with sweet melon flavor. We garnish it with just a touch of chili salt to provide a hint of bite and contrast. Enjoy it while the warm weather is still with us!
