If you’re looking to begin your meal at Michael’s New York with a perfect bite of food, we are thrilled to offer this new menu item, a beautifully fresh, flavor-packed take on the Italian-style toasts known as crostini. Credit executive chef Kyung Up Lim for this creation. It starts with a crusty toasted slice of good-quality sourdough, which is then topped with a generous spread of bright-green, aromatic pesto studded throughout with chunks of broccoli rabe. Freshly shaved Parmesan garnishes. It’s an absolute must-try! Open wide!
