This week’s oyster flight at Michael’s New York includes Shibumi, Malpeque, and Hurricane Island babies that are fresh from the sea to your plate. We present them with a wedge of lemon and a ramekin of sauce mignonette that we’ve been enjoying alongside oysters for more than a decade. The flavors are perfectly balanced and absolutely delicious.
