We know you’re going to love this fresh twist on a classic. At Michael’s Santa Monica right now, we’ve updated one of our favorites, panna cotta, with the delicate sweetness of milk chocolate—and, boy, is it delicious! Before serving, we sprinkle the light, creamy Italian-style gelatin dessert with a touch of Maldon sea salt, which so perfectly complements the sweet flavor, and then top it with Pudwill Farms raspberries and a a couple of our fresh-baked vanilla-bean shortbread cookies. Go ahead and enjoy one. You deserve it.
