A kaleidoscope of heirloom tomatoes gives it full, bright, vibrant color and flavor, with just the right balance of sweetness and acidity, and we enliven it with a perfect touch of chile-based heat. We love to pair this special soup with one of our delightful salads for the perfect light lunch.
