Sashimi and Salmon Roe

We love sashimi in the summertime—and so do our beloved guests. Its a fresh, cooling way to start dinner or lunch. In the kitchen of Michael’s New York, we use sushi-grade hamachi, lovingly hand-sliced to order, for the perfect texture and mild flavor. We garnish with pickled jalapeño, tiny dice of bell pepper, and bright orange salmon roe. A splash of our sweet-tart yuzu vinaigrette adds a final bright spark of flavor. You will adore it!
