At Michael’s Santa Monica, we are revolutionizing the cocktail. They drinks we whip up are as fresh and seasonal as our food, made with ingredients from our local suppliers at the Santa Monica Farmers’ Market. This vodka cocktail, dreamed up and perfectly executed by our mixologist Jason Robey, is a perfect example of this farm-to-glass philosophy, made with melon from Weiser Family Farms bought minutes earlier at the Santa Monica Farmers’ Market. It’s served on the rocks and garnished with beautiful, fragrant basil. You won’t believe the amazingly fresh flavor, from first sip to last. Cheers!
