It’s an absolute treat to visit the kitchen of Michael’s New York—to come in and watch this well-oiled machine at work. The stations are set and prepped and then lunch begins. Orders start coming in and delicious dishes of absolutely beauty stream out. The professional-level communication and skill on display are truly amazing.  These chefs know what they’re doing and their prep, skills, and timing are magical to watch.
