Tempura battered crab will blow your mind. Thank you , head Chef Kyung for this divine offering we are thrilled to offer. The crab is tender, meaty and flavorful and the batterd crust is light and sumptuous. And boy oh boy does Kyung know how to fry these to perfection! He serves the crab piled high on a bed of mashed, salted avocado and fresh, sweet corn. We garnish it with a wedge of fresh lemon and some micro greens. Garanteed to start your meal off right!
