Maine diver scallops, loved by our guests for their sweet, tender meat, take a very fresh seasonal turn with the latest presentation from the kitchen of Michael’s New York. Our chefs perfectly sear these scallops and serve them on a bed of the most delicious, creamy, fresh pea risotto. Pancetta and heirloom carrots add bright color and flavor. Before it heads for your table, the plate receives a delicate drizzle of delightful verjus.
