Our guests have come to expect new and fresh interpretations of asparagus each spring from the kitchen of Michael’s New York. And this year is no exception. Executive Chef Kyung Up Lim has whipped up this gorgeous plate based on the beautiful offerings of the season. He grills gorgeous asparagus spears over an open flame, for a slightly charred, deep flavor.  Fresh Parmesan shavings, wisps of quickly fried onion, and minced fresh chives provide subtly sweet, salty, nutty, and pungent complements. You’ll find this dish perfectly simple and absolutely divine.
