Tiramisu with a Twist

Tiramisu is an Italian dessert classic we have been serving to our guests at Michael’s Santa Monica from the beginning. We soak house-made ladyfingers n fresh, strong coffee and layer them with a our special light-as-air whipped mascarpone mixture, following the traditional presentation. But we also wanted to add another layer of flavor, so we created the most subtly sweet, rich, refreshing Cabernet blueberry sorbet that pairs insanely well with its creamy companions. The flavors play off each other to create delightful harmonies in your mouth. It’s a perfect finish to a Michael’s meal.
