Our house-cured gravlax is a classic at both Michael’s New York and Michael’s Santa Monica. Our customers love this appetizer, which comes thinly hand-sliced to order, with its own serving of gorgeous, golden, rich, slightly sweet brioche, freshly baked and toasted to order. Our mustard-dill aïoli, made with an abundance of chopped fresh dill, complements the flavor of the seafood perfectly. It’s a tried-and-true favorite we can’t wait to share with you.
