Dinner's ready!

We use an oceanful of seafood to create the perfect harmony of fresh flavors in this abundant presentation. The featured player is a stunning, pure-white fillet of Chatham cod, which we pan-roast until a delicate, golden crust forms on both sides. Below it, afloat in a delicious lobster broth, are big chunks of crab folded into agnolotti (house-made ravioli) with ricotta, mascarpone, lemon juice, shallots and garlic; fresh mussels; and wax beans. The flavors come together in perfect harmony, highlighting the freshness of the seafood and the purity of the presentation.
