Turkey BLT’s in Malibu
What are you doing with all the delicious leftover turkey you have? The day after Thanksgiving, Michael and Kim invited friends and family over to feast again, on delicious turkey BLT’s. Starting with the finest English muffins from Bay’s, Michael loaded the sandwiches with thick slices of turkey, three slices apiece of crispy applewood-smoked bacon, butter lettuce leaves, Harry’s Berries vine-ripened tomatoes, and generous dollops of mayo (Michael’s only go-to brand is known east of the Rockies as Hellmann’s and west of the Rockies as Best Foods). Everyone ate and drank and enjoyed the beautiful ocean view over The Malibu Vineyard. Great food, great people, great party—and great leftovers!
